To help drive innovation, GlaxoSmithKline identified the need to create a shopper engagement tool that helps customers finding over-the-counter (OTC) products on retailer shelves and online. This opportunity allowed GlaxoSmithKline to partner with nationwide retailers, using the app as a sales tool to support cold, cough, and flu category marketing efforts.
My role included UX/UI design and a rapid prototype for an app that delivers a guided in-store Augmented Reality experience as well as an online e-commerce tool for shoppers purchasing cold care OTC products.
